Terms of Use
By signing up and actively using JY-PTC.com program you agree to all
terms and
conditions set forth in this agreement. JY-PTC.com, at any time,
chooses to
edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes
without
prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and
all
changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email
address
provided upon signing up with JY-PTC.com. If any modification is
unacceptable
to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your
continued
participation in JY-PTC.com program following our posting of a change
in policy
notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance
to the
change. If at any point you do not agree with the Terms of Service, you
must
delete your membership.
Multiple
Joins
you are not allowed to create any more than 1 account. You may only
have one.
Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts
will be
terminated. You should never need another account. If you have
forgotten your
user information all you need to simply do is request for it to be
e-mailed to
you.
International
Members
We welcome members from every country in the world to join our program.
If at
some point we have a lot more members from one country or area than our
advertisers campaigns demand then we might stop accepting members from
that
country or area for a certain period of time until our members per
country
statistics are back to normal again.
In order to be fair to our advertisers and to ensure quality
communication, every
member must be able to read and write English.
False
Representing
We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.
Cheating
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat.
If
someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the
right to
forfeit all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network.
Cheating
would include any of the following:
-- Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or
reliability.
-- Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process
of
clicking.
-- Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.
Spam
We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of
your
information.
The only emails you will receive are:
Periodic emails with information about updates and issues with the
site.
Paid to read emails. (Our advertisers never obtain access to your data
or
email).
Inactive
Accounts
If your account has been inactive for more than 30 days, your earnings
will be
cleared.

-- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating,
vulgar,
illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
-- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
-- The website must be English.
-- The website must not contain or promote any viruses
-- The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or
confirmation alerts.
-- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/pop under limit
-- The website's single popup/pop under must not open any new windows.
-- The website's single popup/pop under must not break any of the above
terms.
Purchases
- Refund Policy
We sell ad space, ad packages and traffic which are delivered instantly.
All purchases are non-refundable.
Payments
You can request for payment once your account balance is at least
$5.50. Your
payment will be processed and issued within 14 business days. Usually
in less
than 24 hours. You can only request one payment at the time.
Legal’s
We are not a MLM or other type of scheme! We do not require you to pay
any fees
ever to join and participate in our site. We do not require you to have
a website
or sell any product to use our service. We do not require you to refer
anyone
to our site to use our service. You Must However Read -Understand-
English!
This is not a get rich scheme. You will not get rich by using our
program. We
are an internet advertising program in which you receive payment solely
on the
work you perform. There is only 1 level of referrals those personally
referred
by you.
Subject

This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this
agreement
without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to
all of
our members with the new terms and/or terms that have changed. If for
any
reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and
your
account will be removed.
